Integrations in Sunsama just got a huge upgrade!
Open a task from any of your tools and Sunsama now shows it the way that tool does: the same fields, labels, sub-tasks and status, right inside the task. Most of it is editable, and changes sync back to the original tool.
Edit without leaving Sunsama
Update due dates, status, priority, descriptions, labels and sub-tasks right from the task, and the change shows up in the original tool. A few examples:
Todoist: add and rename sub-tasks, edit times and deadlines
ClickUp: set start and due dates together in one picker
Notion: tick to-dos inside the page, and hide properties you don't need (saves per database)
Un-completing a task in Sunsama reopens it in Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Trello, Planner, Asana and Todoist
Click a task's title to open the original in its own tool
Reply to and forward emails from Sunsama
Gmail and Outlook tasks now show the whole conversation, and you can reply to it or forward it right from the task, without opening your inbox. You can also star, archive, flag or mark unread from the same place.
Good to know
Some fields are read-only on purpose: Jira descriptions, many GitHub fields, and Asana descriptions with formatting. Click the field and Sunsama points you to the original tool. Gmail forwards don't include attachments (Outlook forwards do), and fields a tool's API doesn't expose, like Google Tasks stars, can't be shown. If a connection drops, you'll see a Reconnect screen rather than stale data.
