Sunsama check-in

Hi everyone, I've been seeing more messages lately asking what's going on with Sunsama and why we haven't updated this changelog in a few months. The short answer is that we're still hard at work and close to shipping some exciting updates, and simply haven't been very vocal here in the changelog.

This past summer our small team of engineers all fell deep into working on respective big projects, and few of us took holidays and parental leave. It meant there weren't as many smaller improvements/features/fixes to report on and publish every week, and we were also stretched a bit thin. In other words, everyone was heads down on long-term projects with little public facing results to show week over week. As a result, I made the decision to pause the weekly newsletter which has since resumed (where we often announce big and small updates) and also to stop posting this weekly changelog.

But rest assured that we've been working hard on the projects we announced in early 2025, and all of those are finished or very close to finished. In the next few weeks, we'll send out emails about each big feature that's rolling out, but in summary we have or are close to rolling out:

We're back at full strength these days, and we're going to be better about updating you all here in this changelog, in our email newsletters, and in our Slack community about what we're working on more regularly! It was just sort of a unique stretch for a few months where there wasn't much to "announce" except that we were working on ongoing projects, and I apologize for the silence these last few months.
