Ability to complete tasks without them affecting calendar

Sometimes I have a backlog of tasks I might have forgotten about. Though, I had completed them over the past few days just forgot to check them off. When I go to check these tasks off in bulk, they suddenly appear in my calendar as if I've done it all at once.. hehe. Could something be done to change that? Perhaps an option to check stuff off but it wont appear in the calendar as done?

Hey Las Venus, good question. This is happening because it's recording "actual time" when you mark it complete.
You could either clear those actual time entries (on the task or on the calendar), or disable the "count planned time as actual time" setting in your settings, which should solve this.
