I would like to have the ability to to add subtasks and notes in a calendar item in my day (from Outlook integration). These notes would not be visible in the original outlook calendar item but only in the Sunsama version in my today view. This would enable me to make personal notes and reminders of things I would like to bring up during the meeting. Thanks, Alan

Hi Al Nazarelli, yoou can add notes to meetings in Sunsama, and they will stay in Sunsama. But I will merge this thread with another for the request of adding subtasks to a meeting.
