Automatically show each calendar event as a task in your daily task list.
Workaround until we add this: you can manually add individual calendar events to your daily task list by hovering on the calendar event and clicking "Add to Tasks". Here's a demo:

This feature is now live for all. You can turn on auto-sync and customize your automatic calendar event import rules by going to Settings > Calendar > Meeting import. https://help.sunsama.com/docs/importing-meetings#importing-events-automatically

Automatically importing meetings is now available in beta.
If you find that you often just accept the suggested options during daily planning and would rather skip that click, you might want to try auto-sync.
To get access, send us a message via the chat bubble or support@sunsama.com and mention "Beta access for Automatically showing meetings as tasks in kanban".
Once you get access, you just need to toggle on one setting: Workspace Settings > Calendar Settings > Meeting Import > "Configure how meetings get added to your daily task list"

Allow for a setting that automatically pulls all calendar events (live or +1 days in advance) into the kanban as tasks.

This would be nice

A button to add all the events from calendar of the day during the
Day Planning Ritual
could be an easy thing to do.I just want to know if it makes sense to be able to link a calendar event to an existing task because this happens for me a few moments sometimes. Maybe making easy to merge to task resolve this issue

AndyDaSilva52 😎: This already exists!

Ashutosh Priyadarshy: Yeap, sry. I didn't notice this at the
Daily Planning
ritual, for example.Thanks!

I need this desperately. Manually adding 30+ events each months into my kanban is not a good use of my time. I understand people don't necessarily want all calendar items in their kanban. So maybe you could have a toggle switch. Or a separate channel for calendar events. So you can hide/show calendar events in the kanban at the click of a button. ?

Any updates on anticipated ETA? Came to leave another request for this. Also, will submit a separate request, but recently the "time" of meetings has stopped appearing on the kanban cards unless you click into them. I'm pretty sure they used to show on the "front" of the card... would prefer to have it show either by default or to be able to turn that on.

Allow calendar sync for the week - not just day by day

I like to have a weekly planning session where I look at the upcoming 7 days. I need to see the calendar tasks that I have and where they are distributed to help me assign a day for my key tasks.
