Better time blocking : Option to block time for specific #channel (type of activity) to better prioritize on large scale, adding specific tasks later

By allowing a "by channel time-reservation", it would help make better priority of time : it combats the stacking up of unimportant tasks.
"I should spend 50% of my time on this type of activity" can then be directly translated to the planning. On the day, with pre-blocked channel reservation, I can then populate the calendar with task of this activity.

I will say that I have started doing something similar with a bit of a manual workaround by scheduling recurring "Theme Blocks" in GCal, and then scheduling relevant tasks within those blocks when I do my weekly planning in Sunsama. For example, if I know that I want to spend 10 hours per week writing, but I don't yet know exactly what I'll be working on two months from now, I will make a recurring weekday task from 9-11 called "Writing Block", and then when that week rolls around, I can drag 10 hours worth of writing tasks into those blocks.
That being said, it would be much nicer if Sunsama offered something like this built-in, since the approach I've been using is time-consuming and not very flexible.

Very much looking for some version of this for time estimation/planning. I work a 9-5 job and I have a "day job" channel, which puts a hard limit of how many tasks of that type I can do in a day and implicitly also limits how much I can do in other categories. Being able to distinguish between those would give me a better picture of whether I am overloaded than the one daily bucket of time for everything does.
