I’d love this for the fact that works tasks shouldn’t rollover to non work days. If I don’t complete something on Friday I’m not going to work on it on Saturday.

I-- and many other people on my team-- don't work a standard Monday-Friday week. It would be very helpful to be able to start my Sunsama week on Tuesday, when my work week actually begins, and end it on Saturday.

Slightly different suggestion: Daily planning should show the last day on which you did work when reviewing your last work day. This way if I randomly had to work on Saturday to make up hours or whatever, my Monday planning picks up the Saturday tasks that were completed. (In this scenario I did planning on Saturday too, so my Friday tasks were reviewed & logged then.)
