I would love to choose a colour/icon for each account in the Email section, so I don't have to read the email address. Even better if they maintained that colour/icon in the task (even just a dot on the task card).

Unified inbox would help a bit here (I have upvoted the existing suggestion) but sometimes I find it easier to schedule one mailbox at a time.
