Enter Home view after daily planning, not daily task list

I wish there was a setting to choose either the Home view or the Today view. For me, when I finish my daily planning and suddenly see the massive amount of work to be done during the week I have a mini panic attack. I really wish I could change it to the Today view (with the tasks on the left and calendar on the right)

KJ Stan: Hey KJ, I'll add your vote for that thread. The quickest way now is to hit T on your keyboard after completing daily planning!

Alex Cunningham ok thanks I'll practice my reflexes. for now 🙂

Alex Cunningham Hi Alex, when I hit T it opens a screen with the calendar on the left and tasks on the right. I'd rather have the view that appears when you choose "Today" in the left main menu. It has the tasks on the left and a less wide one day calendar on the right. I tried to find a shortcut for this but didn't find one that would open this exact view. Is there a way? Sunsama has become a very important part of my life. Thank you so much!

KJ Stan Hey KJ, can you reach out to us in Support? the T shortcut should bring you to the exact same view as clicking "Today" in the left hand panel.
KJ Stan
Alex Cunningham OK, I will thank you

This change has been made. You now automatically enter the Home view when completing daily planning. Thanks everyone for your feedback about this.

Beta layout, showing today only?

As a desktop user at least, this change seems like a strict UI downgrade from before. You've replaced the task lists from yesterday and the next few days with actual BLANK SCREEN SPACE. As a UI designer myself, this is a pretty inexplicable decision.
When I go to plan my day, I like to see what I accomplished yesterday and often like to shift tasks forward into the week to keep my day from feeling overloaded.
I would strongly suggest bringing back the weekly view as the "default" view.
