If Sunsama had a section for note taking it would be life-changing. I love everything about Sunsama and continue to use it but I have to leave it for notes. I don't like having to use a "task" for a note. Too clunky.

Have a notepad for each day to write down tasks/reminders that arise throughout the day. Or just to record thoughts you want to come back to later

It would be great if there was a way to quickly capture notes, either as a regular notes feature, or as a "quick task" that doesn't get added to your daily list, and goes into a separate list that you can review later.

Maybe even auto populate a task (in your daily list) to review all your captures, but that's it, so you don't clutter your daily list every time you want to add a quick task.

I'd like a notes tab on the side bar for things that pop up throughout the day, that aren't necessarily tasks or related to tasks - using the backlog for this currently but find it inefficient

An area that allows me to take notes, so that i can have my to dos and my references, etc in the same app - make it a new tier plan, move toward the one stop shop to organize personal and professional life together.

(cause honestly that is the best way, It isn't two different to do lists and calendars for my work and personal, which allows me to create a balance between both versions of my life. Thankkkkkksssss)

Have a place to store notes

As someone with ADHD, I find it really difficult to switch between programs as it causes me to lose my focus. Additionally, if I take notes in one area, I will often forget to move them over to my actual to-do list/calendar. It would be amazing if Sunsama had a note-taking section on the same page as the Tasks planner (similar to OneNote), so that I could take notes throughout my day, categorized by project, retain them, and also more easily see tasks that have been allocated to me in meetings and remember to place them in my calendar.

Add a section to take notes and be able to organize them into sections or folders and at the start of the day ask "Do you want to review your notes?"
