I really appreciate the “Actual Time Taken” feature — it’s one of the strongest parts of the app.
I’d like to suggest an enhancement:
When tracking actual time, it should be permanently tied to real-world clock time (start and end timestamps) and should not be editable from the calendar afterward.
If a task was completed from 2:03 PM to 3:17 PM, that time block should remain fixed. Users could add notes or corrections, but the original time record should not be changeable.
Why this would help:
Preserves integrity of time tracking
Prevents accidental edits when adjusting calendar views
Makes analytics and reporting more trustworthy
Encourages honest productivity tracking
It would be great if the system distinguished between:
• Planned time (editable)
• Actual time (locked once recorded)
This separation would make the app feel more structured and data-driven.
