Replicating the "My Tasks" view was the first approach we tried and what wanted to make happen most of all, exactly for the reasons you mention. Unfortunately, Monday.com doesn't allow us, as a third party, access to your data in a way that lets us enable this type of functionality in a reasonable way. We're keeping our eyes pinned on future developments and are keen to add a "My Tasks" view when it becomes viable.
