More gradual "schedule" for specific tasks
Shahar Har-Shuv
The ability to define different "schedule" for different context is awesome. This way I can set my general time, and my work time separately.
Sometimes there are more granular restrictions. For examples - some personal tasks need to be done during business hours because I need to talk to someone. Or maybe something can be done only on specific days, or specific times. SkedPal has a similar feature to this called "Time Maps": https://skedpal.com/knowledge-base/introduction-to-time-maps/
The idea is that you can define (either from a preset or per task) the times in which the tasks could be worked on.
This could have a couple of consequences:
- Warn me if I'm trying to timebox the task out of time
- Highlight the available time when dragging the task to my schedule to timebox.
- The auto-scheduler could take this into account.
