Allow stack-ranking or numbering tasks for the day (e.g., 1 through 11). As someone with ADHD, reducing decision friction is vital for focus. Being able to see at a glance which numbered tasks are done and which is next allows for an instant transition into the next item. Without a clear numerical ranking system and a full view of all uncompleted tasks without scrolling, it is much harder to assess what fits best next in the flow of the day, leading to decision fatigue.
