Is there a plan to add an offline feature?
It's really the biggest flaw of the app for my use. Every work trip is the source of a lot more unneeded stress. Since I cannot keep track of tasks, I have to remember to add tasks to Sunsama later on, which I have to write on postit, in other apps... In the end, a one week work trip become to three weeks of ensuing mess.

Extremely annoying that if I am on a plane, I just cannot see my to do list.

+1 From a UX perspective, it makes sense to have local cached data take precedence over remote service data. At some point, that cache needs to expire, but for at least some time (30 days?) cached data should remain relevant.
A dismissable notice, obvious but not alarming, and out of the way, should be present to inform the user they are offline.

+1 - as others have mentioned, when trying to work while traveling this is a key feature!

My workplace pushes automatic updates to my computer at random times on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at the beginning of the work day. Sometimes, this makes the Internet spontaneously fail until I reboot. If I try any task planning in Sunsama, I lose EVERYTHING I have planned task-wise in Sunsama and have to redo it all. There is no local cache. Our IT department isn't going to fix the issue with the updates and losing the Internet, but it's shameful in 2023 for an app like Sunsama to be incapable of storing a local image of changes to push up in the event of Internet connectivity loss.

I fully agree, is it anywhere to be potentially considered by end of this year or it's a won't have for near future?

It's, on our side, by far the most important item for us.
As business professionals who frequently travel in context where we have inadequate internet access, it's a pain to have to deal with this.
As of practical use cases, we have two clear ones, as both my wife and I use Sunsama:
• We recently spent time in Central America on a 56k connection, and Sunsama was simply unusable. I was practically not able to load the application for the two weeks I was there. Same in Northern Europe, in the mountains.
• My wife works in a public institution, gigantic building, in which they don't have Wi-fi, and many rooms are LTE-proof. She has to stay in those rooms sometimes for hours at end, working on her laptop, and she simply can't use Sunsama. This has caused her a lot of irritation, to the point where she practically consider Sunsama a sunk cost and is ready to move on to another tool.
Hopefully, that is a helpful piece of feedback for the Sunsama team.
