Option to have week view start with today

By Friday, week view is basically useless because it's mostly showing the past. I almost always want to see the next 7 days starting today. That's how I view things in Google Calendar.

The calendar view is awesome - i love the 3 days view, but sometimes this isn't enough. I also love the week view but I don't like to view my weeks like that. Outlook had recently added a feature called the next 7 days view. Essentially this allows you to see today way on the left and the next 7 days in front of you on the right. This would be an awesome view as it would allow me to schedule out my week ahead much easier than the typical week view (since seeing past days doesn't help with future planning)

On that note, I notice 3-day view shows yesterday. I can see how that might be useful, but more useful for me would be to see today, tomorrow and the next day.

Ken Blackman: Where's the 3-day view option? I may be blind. I actually like being able to see yesterday for context and I wish I could do that in the normal week view without it periodically resetting on me.

Ken Blackman: Ahh gotcha, I'd like something similar but for the task view, and specifically to keep yesterday in view (or stop scrolling the darn thing when I'm not looking)
