Predicted workload: Earliest shutdown time should account for breaks and calendar events/meetings
Chris
In Daily planning, in the "Predicted workload" stage, Earliest shutdown time seems to be calculated based on times of tasks/events. This does not account for breaks between tasks (which are setable to 5, 10 and 15 mins currently and are added automatically when planning tasks to calendar).
My experience is that Earliest shutdown time looks good, but when I go to plan tasks onto the calendar they don't fit, because of the breaks.
I would like the break time to be taken into account in the calculation of Earliest shutdown time so I don't have to remind myself to underplan for them every day (I don't want the extra mental load - this is why I am using this system in the first place :) ).
With 15' breaks, and 11 items per day, I'm getting overschedule of 82' while Predicted workload thinks it's all good.
