If a task is urgent/important, flag it as such, and create a notification so that if you haven't done it by a certain day/time, it pops up.

As someone with ADHD trying to use Sunsama to organize my personal life/tasks as well, I was very surprised theres no option to set alarms or reminders on tasks for specific times without timeblocking your calendar. This would be very helpful

ideally create notifications for all tasks you desire, similar to how gmail has notifications for every upcoming event.
