You can now toggle an account setting to "Hide completed tasks in task list"!
With this setting enabled, completed tasks will be hidden in today's task list as long as you have at least one incomplete task today. You can reveal the completed tasks by clicking "N tasks completed" button at the bottom of your task list.

Yes please my kanban starts looking so cluttered with completed tasks that it becomes distracting.

This is part of the 2 core ways that could be great to cleanup calendar.
Having a view only of what's left, without the check for what's passed, makes things much easier to work with.
Second that strongly!

Absolutely essential - really disappointed this isn't possible. At least let me get rid of the ugly green ticks dotted all over my calendar! Makes the calendar view almost unusable for me.

This is a must!

Yes please. Focus mode, channel filters, today views, and hiding completed tasks are all very helpful features to reduce clutter and visualise the days, what's on now, and what is next.
It is also useful to be able to see completed tasks to see what you have achieved.
That said, either there needs to be more distinction between completed and uncompleted tasks (I don't think the dulling of the task is enough), there needs to be a way to right-click > "hide completed tasks", or both. But my preference is to be able to hide completed tasks.
It can otherwise be difficult to visualise the day, or not get overwhelmed by the busyness of everything going on in the interface.

I have wicked ADHD and I run three midsized companies and a non profit so I manage everything by breaking large stuff into smaller pieces which is great. However that means lots of small tasks and then lots of completed tasks which really clutters up the task list. Right now I’m just deleting completed tasks to clean up the view, but having the option to hide completed tasks would be excellent!

I agree with Ben Joiner, I used dark mode and I feel like there is not enough contrast between the completed and incomplete, looks almost the same.

The ideal solution for me is to be able to hide the completed tasks, but I would settle with dimming completed items even more than they already are. Especially in dark mode, it's really difficult to visually see the difference between the two - and the bright green checkmark doesn't help.

It would at least be nice if they disappear into some kind of tray, so the length of your daily task shrinks and gives you that good 'I'm kicking this day in the nuts'-feeling every time you come back to Sunsama.
