"Start of week: Sunday" isn't as helpful as it can be

While "Start of week: Sunday" in settings helps showing Sunday as the first day in the calendar's 'week' view, I can't help but expect it to be used in the following ways as well..:
- When creating a repeating task set to weekdays, I'd expect it to run Sun-Thu
- I'd expect it to show Sun-Thu in the calendar's 'weekdays' view
