I’ve used every project management app out there from Zoho apps, to Basecamp, to Activ Collab to Workep to AndCo, to Notion, to Trello, to Asana, to Clickup etc etc etc
You are by far the exact IDEAL deisgn. Simple yet functional.
The only functionality that isnt fully leveraged yet is the Notes aspect of this which I reccomend should have a template function similar to the way Notion or the iOS app Agenda allows you to have.
This will solve the Standup meetings and also journaling. Espeically if they can then be optionally attached to a task or Objective.
Lastly, your mobile app isnt even letting me use it after adding in and planning things on the webapp…so theres still some work to do there but otherwise you design, look and feel is spot on.
