I keep clicking on this thinking it's the Submit button, when it's actually the top/bottom order button.

Perhaps there's a more obvious icon for that like a list with an arrow, or a list with the first item having a right caret pointing at it

(Apple Music has good ones for "Play Next" and "Play Later", they might work really well here)
