this would be a blessing, i really like sunsama empathis on healthy productivity, it would be really comfortable to see how your strategic goals are fills up with completed small tasks.

This would be amazing to have before annual planning season arrives! It’s always astounding to me how few apps offer this when so many customers are interested (and so many more likely would be if they’d thought of it). Sunsama is best positioned to offer it in a way that allows for goals with connected tasks. So good!

Was going to email Sunsama on this very thing this morning. Setting yearly goals and attributing my planned work to those goals is such an important part of achieving those goals and really moving the needle forward. So often we get hit with other competing initiatives in life and without that guiding north star of the long term vision it's easy to get reprioritized into doing tasks that don't help accomplish those huge meaningful goals.

Yearly goals > Quarterly milestones to those goals > weekly objectives associated with those milestones. Teaching people this philosophy along with the "meaningful work" idea of Sunsama seems like a winning combo.

How about the ability to create objectives and set the time/name custom. So a year, month and week can be suggestions, but if I say wanted to have a master plan with a target sometime in the middle of 2027, there would be a way to do it. Or have a larger goal that does not relate to any due date.

I would absolutely use this. I have created a workaround to add my annual goals as "weekly" objectives that have been extended 52 times, but it would work much better to prompt thinking about what I am aiming to achieve annually, how that would need to be broken down into quarters or months, then weeks, then days and have the right steps then populate on your task list automatically. I majorly struggle with awareness and planning for anything that's more than a day away so I have previously found myself looking at my annual goals for the first time in a year the week my annual review is due.

would be cool to see monthly, quarterly & yearly goals from a "view" on top screen for easy access! (and to be able to assign color coding that can be applied based on channels)

Will be a total gamechanger and a reason to stay in the app (I'm on 30 days trial now), as well as monthly/quarterly goals! Appreciate if you can share any info on timeline of potential implementation or maybe even progress, if any...
