I have tried MANY Note taking Apps and overall, Obsidian seems to be the best one on the market (and the best fit for me).
I am a massive fan of Sunsama. I use it everyday for planning, events, tasks etc. I use it to bring in tasks from the likes of Asana, ClickUp and Todoist. I totally love it. I feel MOST productive in Sunsama. It offers organisation and clarity.
Currently I don't use Obsidian Tasks because I cannot easily bring them into Sunsama. But it would be a fantastic addition to Sunsama (and Obsidian).
Given that Obsidian is an Open Source platform, I would tend to think that it would be possible to integrate the two software packages so that one can bring Obsidian Tasks into Sunsama, AND, hopefully, one can send Notes back into Obsidian (from Sunsama).
I would be happy with at least the ability to bring in Tasks from Notes and then have the ability to complete them in Sunsama and ticked off in Obsidian.

Obsidian Integration for Daily Note

The text input on the daily/weekly plan and review would integrate really nicely with the daily note in Obsidian.
Even just a button to copy the text and open the Obsidian app would be amazing... opening Obsidian to the daily not would be even better!
OR
just give us the option to save the text as a .md file, and choose where to save it.I know was some talk about a journaling feature a little while ago. I think integration with Obsidian would be the best way to put that text box in the planner/reviewer to use. It's a free, open source app that uses simple .md files. That should be minimal code to implement.

I use Sunsama & Obsidian daily, but each time I find myself forced to peel away from Sunsama, it's because I cannot easily capture a task that is in itself a note and is linked to additional notes. These are typically reference materials, not separate tasks. Would immensely appreciate an integration so I can drive time-planning in Sunsama fully without twisting it into PKM or relinquish my primary dash to Obsidian just to spare my poor ADHD brain. Thanks!

I have been interested in Sunsama, but Obsidian integration is the critical feature I need before pulling the trigger on a subscription.

That would literally be the dream. Obsidian + Sunsama = 🥰🤯 Shutdown notes to daily note would be fab (through periodic notes) even better if it could load tasks (through obsidian-tasks).

1,000% yes please!

I will add a vote there. Obsidian became the most popular PKM is the past year and being able to have meeting notes sync'd there would save time.
