Improvements

I’ve used every project management app out there from Zoho apps, to Basecamp, to Activ Collab to Workep to AndCo, to Notion, to Trello, to Asana, to Clickup etc etc etc You are by far the exact IDEAL deisgn. Simple yet functional. The only functionality that isnt fully leveraged yet is the Notes aspect of this which I reccomend should have a template function similar to the way Notion or the iOS app Agenda allows you to have. This will solve the Standup meetings and also journaling. Espeically if they can then be optionally attached to a task or Objective. Lastly, your mobile app isnt even letting me use it after adding in and planning things on the webapp…so theres still some work to do there but otherwise you design, look and feel is spot on.

Meeting summary notes that you share from Sunsama should be sent from my email, not from Sunsama.

There should be an option to copy all of the meeting notes to be able to copy and send to our colleague. Sending option will be done manually but the copying feature is needed. It should be similar to daily/weekly ritual summary

I would like to be able to add meeting notes and action items from the mobile application (IOS). and see the action items directly in the backlog with the channel of the meeting if it already exist.

Option to save meeting summary as a PDF in addition to sending.

All action items from a meeting are locked to the same channel as the meeting, but sometimes I need to create tasks in a meeting that go into different channels.

Export meeting notes to specific pages on Confluence. Choose which page or create a new page.

I have some members of my team who are not on Sunsama, it would be very helpful to be able to share a view only link to meeting notes with them.

Bullets have full line spacing in the email which means shared notes create VERY long emails unnecessarily. The formatting for bulleted lists should have smaller spacing and should match the spacing in Sunsama (and what I believe to be typical of numerated/bulleted lists) The topic headers are difficult to see because the font size is "normal" body text and should be proper headers (smaller than the meeting title but larger than the body text). Because I can change the font size of the notes in the body (using markup) the topic headers often appear smaller than content in the body. This happens a lot when there are subtopics during a meeting that I want to layout with headers (usually a ### markup, but sometimes bigger).
