Improvements

Search needs work. Please allow partial-matches, stemming, lemmatization. Also, remove case-sensitivity. Thanks Examples: Searching for something with "September" in the title... "Sep", "Sept" show nothing. Only a full match (case-sensitive) works. Searching for an item with "Jacob's" in title... "Jac" or even "Jacob" yield no results.

I’d like to be able to search the Backlog using text input while on mobile. Mobile only supports searching the backlog by context/channel currently.

Not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this, but even when I just started out (i.e. few tasks) and even if tasks are already loaded to the client (i.e. there shouldn't be a need for a network call?), and event for repeating searchers - search is often very slow - both in the jumpbar and in the search panel. (Ranging from a second to long enough so you think it's not working. I expect it to be <200ms in most cases). I expect tasks that are already loaded in the client to appear immediately (the app should have a local index, like an IDE) and only some really far tasks that might not be loaded to take a second to appear perhaps after a network call. (Though I think it's likely that all (or almost all?) tasks could be loaded to the client. The jumpbar is brilliant (every app should have this) but the delay in search sometimes renders it completely unusable.

Sometimes I create a task but close the window by mistake, and I want to revisit it because I forgot to add something. It would be useful to have an action to open "recently added task/s". Practically, I would expect the jumpbar (Ctrl+K) to just have recent tasks as suggestions before I write anything. Using search for this is possible but inferior UX wise, especially since search is slow ( https://roadmap.sunsama.com/improvements/p/task-search-is-sometimes-very-slow ).

We need to be able to sort or filter task integrations by title. We use a shortcode for each client names which we use as prefix of each task. Sorting by title will also help to group without the need of tagging and help orientation in long task lists.

I use the search feature to return lists of tasks, using the filters. It would be great to have some saved "searches" or set of filters so I could click one button and show that "list" matching the filters.

There's a lot of options in the Workspace Settings—about 182 lines and 10 sections. It would be helpful to have a search bar to enter keywords to find settings.

Ability to search anything. Tasks calendar events or people who were invited to meetings in one global search.

Search for tasks is sluggish

I'd like to be able to see all of my tasks, artefacts and relevant emails to do with one channel (or workstream) in one place. Ideally I'd be able to search through this with tags e.g. 'decision made' tag onto an email so I can look through a workstream and see records of when key decisions were made.
