Improvements

I'm using contexts to group together different projects and channels as different types of work within each project, so it would be great if the pie chart in the 'Today in Review' screen (part of the Daily Shutdown) had the option to display total time spent by context rather than channel.

I would love to have the Weekly AI summary roll into a monthly and/or quarterly summary. This would help me share my accomplishments with my manager at review time.

As it is now I can't see them since all my channels are set to private, so they don't clutter the experience for other members of the same workspace. I work mainly in customer support and dev, and they work in sales, so we need different channels. And we don't want to see each other's channels when assigning tasks to a context or channel. But I still want to be able to go back and review what objectives I worked on and how much time I worked on the different tasks. I know we could set the entire workspace to private. But then we won't be able to change back if others in the company join that we can collaborate with.

Notion AI is simply amazing. Would it be possible to automatically export my sunsama tasks in a DB, in addition to my daily highlights? Then Notion AI can pick it up and the perfect flow is created �

In the daily highlights email the icons should match the text size to be optically appealing. Now the icons are way too big and dominating the email.

Am I able to search within the highlights? Say I made a note in one of my highlights but I don't remember when, so I want to search for a keyword or hashtag

It would be helpful to have Task Summaries by quarter to help with quarterly/annual reviews as it is easy to forget everything you've worked on.

I do not want to see drafts in my daily highlights, only my published ones. It would be great to hide drafts or delete them so they do not show in the feed of daily highlights.

It would be really useful to have a way we can export a simple list of the tasks we've done (with sub-tasks). Then if the structured format of the Highlights isn't what we need, we have the option to rework/format that however we need. The new AI generated Daily Highlights is exciting, but it's unsuitable for my end of day (for now :)). The old, simple list of tasks was much better for me to generate my list from - I'm careful to input everything I need to log into Sunsama during the day and that's my most valuable list of "done" things.
