Currently there's no fast way to block time before a meeting for prep, travel, or getting to the room. I'd like: -A "prep time" button on meeting pages that spawns a task immediately before the meeting (default 5 min, adjustable — either a standard default or configurable in settings). -Adjustments extend backward, not forward; increasing prep time should push the start earlier, never eat into the meeting itself. Use case: the same button should flexibly cover agenda review, restroom breaks, walking to a room, or travel time to an off-site — just by adjusting the duration, without needing separate settings for each case. Additionally, there could be a buffer after meetings to do any recap or cover overruns, but that's less important since the way Sunsama handles delays is already pretty elegant. This is more about reserving time before meetings.
