Improvements

A way of automatically placing tasks for the day in a sensible way as a starting point would be a huge boost for me. I use a lot of my 'planning power' on placing each item on the calendar when in practice the specific times and ordering often don't matter too much. Having it learn how I tend to place different kinds of tasks (similarly to the amazing automatic categorisation feature) would be even better!

Some practitioners of timeboxing want the calendar at the end of the day to reflect how time was actually spent rather than how it was planned to have been spent. This distinction of planned versus actual is really huge to me, which is one of the big reasons I fell in love is Sunsama immediately. But I think planned time has too much of a spotlight as it is. Ideally, the Daily Planning ritual should be all about the planned time for tasks, while the Daily Shutdown should be all about the actual time spent (or not spent) on them. On Daily Planning stage, the tasks should appear on the calendar according to the planned time, but on Shutdown stage, the calendar should be reflective of the execution of that plan. There could even be a way to compare both! (Maybe have the Daily Planning ritual take a snapshot of the calendar state at the end of it, and then show it during Shutdown alongside the current state of the calendar?)

Currently, Sunsama's iCloud calendar integration cannot import subscribed calendars (which generally belong to your device and not to your iCloud account) when you connect your iCloud calendar. It would be great to support this.

When I have tasks on my calendar that have travel time added to them, Sunsama does not see that travel time, making me think I have more time available than I actually have

Instead of only creating calendar events in Google Calendar when the "add to calendar" button is clicked, offer the option to create these as Google Tasks. Additionally, it would be fantastic if these marking the google task as complete from the calendar marked linked Sunsama task as complete as well.

Auto-Rescheduling currently works based on time allocated in calendar. However that requires me to manually drag/drop or edit the tasks calendar entry. When I am using focus mode and the sunsama task timer to produce actual time spent, it does not auto-reschedule tasks based on the available time left in my day when i take longer than planned on said task. e.g. for task 1, the planned task duration is 30 minutes. 2nd task in calendar is scheduled immediately afterwards. Using focus mode, I end up spending 45 minutes on task 1 (actual time 45 minutes). Calendar should auto reschedule task 2 (delay start by 15 minutes) according to the normal auto-reschedule rules.

It would be great to be able to drag slots on the calendar to send suggested times to meeting attendees, and generate a click-able link to book them (the same feature as Vimcal, Motion, Morgen, etc.).

It would be great to be able to have the option to set timebox calendar events as free or tentative. This would ensure I get them into my calendar to plan my day, but does not make me unavailable for meetings.
