Improvements

This post is just to put all the search related "suggestions" in one place. I was about to open a new suggestion when I realized that someone had already probably done a search one.

I have calendar a block for "morning deep work" and I pull tasks into it. What doesn't get done by the end of my deep work stint gets pushed to tomorrow. I love easily pulling tasks from my grab bag into my calendar block, but would like to be able to pull them back out if I overcommit.

When planning my day, it would be SUPER helpful if the Apple Reminders tasks could show what list they are on. Use case: I have a Apple Reminders list for each of my clients. When viewing "Daily Planning" it should show "[Task Name] - [List Name]" for example or some version of so that I see the list it is on as well as the task name. Please contact me if you need more details.

It would be great to have a notification when the focus timer reaches the estimated time. Something soothing like a piano would be better than something annoying.

As part of an engineering team, we had a scrumboard that overlooked our entire quarter, that could then be subdivided into months, weeks and then days. It'd be awesome to have something similar - such as a "Weekly Objectives" section that keeps track of objectives specific to a week, and similarly to months, quarters and years. Likewise, the ability to reflect on a more macro scale - over an entire month, quarter, or year would be nice for long term planning and evaluation.

Right now if you set workload threshold to 8 hours that applies to every day uniformly. It would be nice to set the time for days individually. For example if your workday or availability is shorter on a specific day of the week you'd want your workload threshold to be able to be set to a different length. For example 5 hrs vs. 8.

Any way to have my task show up above my scheduled meetings when adding meetings during planning? I prefer to see tasks up top and then schedule them from there.

It would be great to have natural language parsing like Todoist when entering a new task...e.g. typing "Haircut next Sat" will automatically add the task to next Saturday...rather than adding it to today, then manually moving it.

With evening daily planning (planning after 3:00PM for tomorrow), the daily shutdown flow is combined with the plan for tomorrow flow. I'd like the option to keep these separate, like they are for non-evening daily planning. I'd like to go through the regular, independent shutdown flow when I finish work. Then, a few hours later, enter the daily planning flow for tomorrow.
